As a disclaimer, I must let anyone who reads this be aware that my case has not been completely settled as of the time of submission due to our awaiting of the final adjudication from our judge. As soon as the end result is issued by our judge I will make any necessary amendments to this review to reflect my feelings accordingly. My ordeal began with me notifying Neil and Apex Law in August 2024 that my landlord was seeking to terminate my lease and give me __ amount of days to vacate the property. Before I ever received anything from my landlord Neil and I mutually decided it was best that I retain him for his services just in case an unlawful detainer was issued against me. Initially I was sent the Notice to Quit/Terminate in September and I feel it was only sent because I had been asking the landlord for ELECTRICAL repairs and she had not been responding. But when I made a smart remark to her she decided it was in my best interest I find another place to live. Yet she stated in the reasoning for termination of my lease was due to late rent payments throughout my six year tenancy. I was successfully able to pay my rents in September, October and November. I gave her a repair list during Thanksgiving week as Alabama law requires me to do so and she addressed the issues with me through text on day 14, as law states is the time frame a landlord has to acknowledge repairs ( most of mine were in violation of health and safety regulations for a rental property). She declined my December rent not once but twice and after Neil had a few words with her during the day she was SUPPOSED to have a repairman out on December 8 I was delivered my first UD from a deputy sheriff. Neil answered the UD on my behalf and on December 17 our judge issued a hearing date for the case set in January. On December 18, her attorney made contact with me with knowledge I had a lawyer and her attorney taped a letter giving me two weeks to leave the property. No physical contact was made to me through her attorney but he still silently taped the letter to my outside door for me to find when I awoken. Oddly enough I got an invoice for rent due January 01 and I was able to successfully pay that rent on January 05 to which the landlord never returned payment to me. To make this ordeal worse on January 6 I was startled by a sheriff deputy with yet another UD stating the same facts for why she wanted me out. Two Unlawful Detainer Orders delivered exactly one month apart from the other To bring this up to date, the judge dismissed one case and heard litigation for the other. Pete, who also works with Apex Law was in court representing me and he made a very strong argument against the other side. The law is in my court but we currently await the outcome from our judge. The rating will not change but the context of this review will to reflect the final decision made. If you are a resident of Alabama in need of an eviction attorney, Apex Law’s Neil Fulsang is you absolute best bet! Follow the trails and you’ll come to find out that their success rate is the upper 90%! My case is a bit more complicated to talk about in its entirety now because I had two UD cases against me and we have yet to know how the judge rules against me. Rest assured you’re not wasting your money by retaining Apex Law to represent you in your eviction case. They offer the convenience to pay their fees over time because many people facing an eviction have some sort of financial struggles. Stayed tuned here for our final results from the judge regarding the second UD….

Had a quick question about my place of residence and he helped me right on the spot with real advice and could definitely tell he was in it to help not for money or getting something out of it. Will definitely go to him with any property issues or validation in the future. Well done.
