Niel worked hard for nearly a year to make my crooked landlord comply with the law, and he knew all the tricks to make her comply when she tried to fight us, lie to the court, or ignore us. Niel used to be a landlord himself, so he knew exactly what to do to apply maximum pressure when it was needed. To top it all off, he got me my money, and barely took any for himself. Highly recommended if you want to win your case. They advertise "Apex Law Beats Landlords", and I can personally confirm this is 100% true.
