I have been working with Atty Grisham for over 4 years now. He is great to work with and would like to "Highly" recommend his services for Evictions and Collections. Plan on having Grisham for long term due to his overall work ethics and because he is so good in collections. It usually takes him up to a year to begin mailing in regular collection checks, but once he does, we see them on a monthly basis. I manage a mid size apt community and am asset manager over several.
