The only reason and I do mean the ONLY reason they get 1 star is because it doesn't give me the option to post without a star rating. Its going on 2 years. NO COMMUNICATION! Unless I call in and basically force the communication. Then the response I get is that they are handling hundreds of cases. Who gives a flying rats hole? I'm a nurse and have hundreds of patients. But its what I signed up for so make it happen communicate and get it done. I will not EVER refer anyone to these people. How do you change attorneys and then I am told after Christmas BECAUSE I CALLED wanting to talk to the attorney that he IS NO LONGER HERE! What the ..... Ok, so basically I did my research and he has been punished but you allowed him to RETIRE... Please stop with the lies. The assistants are PURE TRASH! I should have did this claim myself and would have been done without having to pay them ONE, RED, CENT!
