Excellent law firm

The Absolute BEST Attorneys group anywhere around!! Steve Floyd is one of only 2 Attorneys that I have ever known I could completely TRUST (Unfortunately the other one, Wayne Perdue, passed away last year). Their entire staff is extremely competent, personable and friendly folks making you feel much more comfortable about being there at all. Not very well acquainted with the other Attorneys in the group, but feel that if Steve Floyd gives his seal of approval then they must be excellent people, as well as lawyers.

Very professional , smart, attentive attorneys. Take pride in quality work. Highly recommended, and will come visit you.

I'm not upset that they sent me a letter telling me to seek another lawyer after taking my case, what upsets me is that I called at least 10 different times only to ever get a voicemail or told someone had already left the office for the day...WHO LEAVES FOR THE DAY AT 10AM....so finally I got an assistant on the phone and she told me they had sent me a copy of the demand letter that they sent to the other persons insurance company, come to find out that was a lie.... I would rather u just be upfront and honest instead of leading me on...I hate that office and would never do business with them ever...they just blow you off and cut communication until you call the office a billion times then they send you a letter.... Alabama has better lawyers...WAAYYYY BETTER!
