Shane Taylor and his staff are top notch. I had a very unique custody case, that had previously been turned down by two other law firms due to the complexity surrounding the circumstances of the case. Shane and his staff never wavered in their confidence or their ability to help me. I am happy to share, that on April 5th 2021, my custody case was resolved and finalized in my favor and I received everything that I asked for in regards to the case. I would never want to go through this ever again but if I had to, I would hire Shane and his staff without question.

Shane represented me on a custody and child support case while I was living in TN. Shane and his team went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Everyone in his office answered my questions in a timely manner and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend him and his associates.

I can't get into the details of my case but suffice it to write that it was a challenging and complicated issue. Shane had great integrity and held himself honorably as a modern gentleman. He would tell me what was in my interest, rather than his own monetary interest as well. He told me like it was, which is what I needed. In the end, the results I got were beyond what I would allow myself to think likely and I am very happy to have worked with Shane. If you have an issue, you really should work with Shane, I totally recommend him, without reservation or equivocation.

I had a very difficult and sensitive legal matter at hand regarding my children and didn’t know where to begin. After reviewing Shane Taylor and Associates, I gave them a call and left a message just 10 minutes before their office closed on a Friday! Mr. Taylor himself returned my call and stated that he or another associate would call me back within an hour after consulting about my issue. Well, I received three more phone calls that night and was then represented by their firm with my attorney being Mary Kristen Galanos. I was extremely distraught with my situation but she quickly reassured me that she and their staff would file the motions needed to insure my children’s safety. Needless to say, and although COVID did not help the time sensitive matter, MK (that’s her nickname) was all over it! The process took a bit longer than any of us expected due to the circumstances but was resolved to my satisfaction. Let’s just put it this way, you definitely want her on your side and NOT as opposing counsel. She’s smart, fiery and should be considered a legal weapon! I also want to add a shout out to her legal assistant Kayla Luker who is professional, has an empathetic ear, and whom I consider to be MK’s right hand... I truly couldn’t have made it through this without either of you!

This entire office has been amazing!! I think anyone can agree that having to hire a lawyer and go through the stress of any legal matter can be exhausting and overwhelming. Mary Kristen, Kayla and Shane are top notch! They genuinely care about their clients and make you feel like family. It has been comforting to say the least through all of the ups and downs that come with legal matters. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Shane and Abby always promptly responded to my emails and calls. They helped me get a quick divorce settlement from my nightmare ex and stayed on top of him about signing as well. Definitely recommend!
