My husband hired James Byrd for a charge he was facing and he walked in that courtroom facing jail time... when Byrd showed up he got his charges dropped and my husband ended up with only a fine & court cost... I highly recommend James Byrd as a criminal defense lawyer... he knows his shitttt and he knows the judges very well... if i'm ever facing a criminal charge... he is definitely the lawyer i'm going to hire to represent me! Thank you James Byrd for what you did for my husband... we won't forget it :-)

Very satisfied with the results! Violated probation, was revoked. He got my wife right back on to the original plea agreement. Meaning my wife failed to report for 10 months. She walked out of the court room like she never messed up in the 1st place. Great guy! Great lawyer!

He is very insulting and can't argue away .08 grams of marijuana. And constantly was urging me to plea bargain. Hiring this man was the worst mistake of my 20s.
