Zimmerman represented me in a custody/relocation case about 6 years ago. I should have reported him to the Bar association then! He was very hard to get ahold of, was very slow responding to my emails and calls, had a horrible attitude, and withheld valuable and important information to my case. My ex and his attorney requested an emergency meeting with the judge concerning the case, before we were even done getting my case together. Zimmerman did not inform me about this meeting, and he attended without me, whether I was allowed to be present or not. He called me after the fact to tell me about it after it was already over and somehow my ex got temporary custody of my children! He proceeded to yell and curse me out and told me it was my fault I lost custody of my children. Maybe if I was informed about such meeting in the first place, it wouldn’t have gone down like that. He was extremely unprofessional! So really, his pride was showing off bec he got showed up and showed out at at this meeting and lost, so he took it out on me. I still don’t even know how this happened. I later found out the dropped me as a client, while at court waiting for him to show up to represent me, and I had to find out from my ex attorney that he wasn’t coming. Guess that explains why he stopped answering my calls before hand.

Very nice and attentive attorney. I would highly recommend. Mr Zimmerman. He is super easy to talk to, which I feel is an important quality when choosing an attorney, and has a good head on his shoulders, with a good perception on things. I will definitely use him in the future if necessary.

Mr. David Zimmerman is a great attorney I've never had no problems with him. Every case I've had he's always won! He's a very caring lawyer too, I'm just a poor blue collar worker and he setup payment plans that was best for me, he never hassled me and always returned my calls quickly. If u want a great attorney call this man! If you don't your only cheating yourself.
