In 2005, my company purchased some (new) heavy equipment for a specific project. The equipment failed immediately, and the manufacturer would not warranty the repairs. This resulted in an almost insurmountable financial hardship. I met with numerous lawyers, that would not take my case. Pete Mackey and his co-counsel, not only took the case, but won at trial. The result was the highest jury verdict award, in that particular court, in nine years! Pete remains my attorney to this day, and I have no apprehension in recommending him to anyone.
