I recently engaged Neil to establish a Durable Financial Power of Attorney, Advance Directive for Healthcare and a POA for Healthcare. The process was seamless, professional and quick. Neil did an excellent job of explaining exactly what each document represented and handled any questions my mother had with care. Neil Johnston Jr. really saved the day for us! We had another firm lined up that cancelled our appointment 3 days prior. I was traveling from out of town and needed to get my father's estate plan done while I was there, so I started calling around. Neil called me back almost instantly and agreed to help us. Because of the short notice, he had to work extra hard for several days to get everything together. We had a brief conference call to go over everything, then we met in his office to finish the paperwork. He explained everything very well so that my father and I knew exactly what we were signing and all the implications. We got the full estate plan, which was very reasonably priced. And conveniently, we can access all the documents online anytime. Now we have peace of mind, and a go-to lawyer near my dad 😊. Thanks, Neil!
