I had an excellent experience with attorney Neil C. Johnston Sr. He made the process of having to go to probate, so simple. From the start, he treated me like family. He made sure, I understood everything by answering all of my questions. He was professional , knowledgeable, transparent and have your best interest at heart. Mr Johnston is a very , very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate attorney. My mother is battling stage 4 breast cancer and my father has Parkinson’s Disease. My mother wanted to make some changes to her estate/will prior to her bilateral mastectomy surgery last week. Mr Johnston went well above the norms to ensure that her estate/wishes was something she did not have to worry about before her surgery. He came out to our home one day prior to her surgery to ensure everything was as she wished. We really appreciate everything that Mr Johnston has done for my mother and highly recommend him for legal services. We will definitely continue to consult with him on any and all future estate or any other legal matters.

Making a will and end of life decisions can be a rather unnerving experience. Mr. Johnston’s kindness and compassion made me feel at ease. He gave me all the time I needed to discuss my issues and very explicitly answered my many questions. While he did advise me, he did not try to sway me nor make decisions for me. He was respectful and attentive to my personal situation and my wishes.
