Alison handled my child custody case. There are not enough words to explain this amazing attorney. She worked hard, kept up to date on everything that was happening, and was quick to address concerns or questions I had. She is not a pushover attorney like I had before. She is well informed and extremely professional. During the hardest battle of my life she was the only one who truly listened to me. She won my case and provided me a sense of relief. I don't know how you can trust an attorney if she can tell you upfront her hourly rate range. I was searching for a divorce attorney, I spoke to her assistant, the assistant told me that she doesnt' know the attorney's hourly rate, not even a range. The assistant told me that I will be charged $150 for consultation, then the attorney would determine how much she would charge me. I can't trust an attorney who doesn't want to tell a potential client how much charge would be.

Alison was referred by another attorney to me. I first spoke to Alison a couple years ago, regarding a situation where an absent father of seven years was seeking visitation with my daughter. He was $25,000 in arrears with CSEA and had a new wife who constantly injected herself into the situation. Alison gave me the confidence I needed @ a very difficult time. This attorney is hands down 'all work'. She tackled this situation with caution and care, updated me, fought for my daughter, examined and submitted evidence, guided me, and in all honesty, kept me calm when I was a bundle of nerves. She is thorough and knowledgeable in her profession, and her ethic is followed accordingly. She knows the law, she has integrity and is well respected. Should the need for representation ever arise again for family/children issues, Alison will be the attorney who will represent me. My overall rating for Alison is perfectly satisfied.
