I hired Brent Day to represent me in a custody and divorce case. From start to finish Brent and Crystal were honest, upfront, and helped me navigate a difficult time in my life. They were always available to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. Crystal became more like a friend through this process, and gave me a lot of advice and guidance. Brent never failed to stand up for my children’s or my best interest. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better legal team, and will always be grateful for their help. If any situations arise in my future, Brent Day will be my first call.

Divorce is never easy especially when you have an ex spouse that is not easy to deal with. Brent Day and especially is legal assistant Crystal, were amazing!! Whenever I called with a question she either answered it right then or called me back immediately. I never had to wait for days to get a call back. This was a very stressful experience in the beginning...the first time I walked into the office I was a nervous wreck...Brent and his staff changed that immediately...they gave me confidence and true knowledge about the situation...every meeting afterwards made my confidence grow even more...when children are involved it’s never easy but Brent and his staff not only fulfilled their promises the end results are more than what I was expecting..I would recommend Brent T Day and his staff to anyone with similar circumstances...stop listening to hear say...and talk to the professionals.

During my initial consultation, I made it clear that my priority was having my case handled timely, with the court date about 2 1/2 months out. This did not happen. Responses and filings were not handled on the timeline we agreed to, which caused a continuance to be given. But that was not done until I had wasted a day off work to be in court. The 2nd court date, Mr Day had other cases that he said were a priority over mine, so we had another continuance, again after me taking a day off work. On top of things not being handled, he and the office did not know the history and issues of my case, I had to repeatedly point out things and remind them of the history. My case should have been very simple. Maybe he handles complex cases well, but my experience has been very bad. The staff is very unprofessional and not helpful. I did not feel like I had an advocate, and feels like a complete waste of money.

Brent Day and his staff are wonderful. They handled my case very professionally and successfully. They always returned calls quickly and Crystal and Jasmine were very kind, patient, and informative with explaining anything I needed to know.

Brent Day and his staff handled my divorce amazingly. They took what I had anticipated to be a very messy, drawn out process, and handled it not only quickly but very efficiently.
