These guys went above and beyond when it came to fighting for my daughter. Not just Brent but everyone in the office. There was always someone avaliable to help with my questions and concerns when needed. They helped me get my daughter back from another state and get custody of her. Extremely personable and always caring and concerned even after my divorce was finalized. Definitely worth it!

I am just overjoyed that I choose Brent Day to represent me in my divorce. I had a lying manipulative husband that I just knew would charm the courts because he’s such a narcissist. But, Brent did his job and made the Judge and the court see he was a lier. Brent drug him through the mud. He couldn’t get it together cause Brent Day didn’t skip a beat. I was able to get what I asked for and get alimony. He had a good lawyer but, she couldn’t touch Brent Day he got me what I deserved and more. I am grateful for his whole team they were so supportive and caring. If you want what you deserve you better retain Brent Day…. TODAY

I used this office to represent me for a visitation modification. Throughout the process they filed motions that didn't include what I was asking for, did not return phone calls or emails regarding paperwork and relevant questions, and delayed for an additional 60 days because they weren't prepared in time. In court, Mr. Day couldn't even remember basic facts about my case like where I was living, and he failed to bring up the visitations my ex had denied me meaning I was not given make up time. Our verdict lost on 4 of the 6 points I wanted addressed, and the 2 we "won" were freebies. Very disappointing experience.
