Mr. Lockwood is without a doubt the best lawyer in the mobile area! I was wrongfully charged with assault first and assault 2nd and it was a very rough process. Mr. Lockwood kept me updated and handled this entire thing VERY WELL! We ended up getting a NOT GUILTY verdict by all 12 jurors! This man has truthfully saved my life! Calling him was the best decision I could have made!

Brian, IMO is an outstanding lawyer. Picking a lawyer your first time is like playing roulette. I happened to win when I found him. I used him for a possession charge, while the case didn't get dropped our dismissed because it was virtually impossible he to have me in a program to have them dismissed within two weeks. He personally delivered my paperwork and did what it normally takes 6 months to do. I'm so pleased that I'm now using him for the expungement process.

My daughter had an unfortunate experience while on Spring Break in Gulf Shores, so had to select an attorney from over 2,000 miles away and couldn't be more happy with our decision in selecting Brian. He was extremely helpful in explaining all aspects of the case, clearly and concisely laying out all options and providing professional guidance on those best to take. His response times to any and all questions, via e-mail or voice mail were extremely quick, even when it was regarding something that obviously wasn't urgent. As more proof of Brian's commitment to his clients, although we were more than happy with Brian's initial deal with the prosecutor, he continued to work the case the day of our court appearance and eventually got both charges dropped. We were happy with the initial deal and had already paid Brian in full, so he had absolutely no other motivation to further push for a better outcome, other than trying to do the absolute best for his clients. That is not something you expect these days, especially from someone whose practice is over 2,000 miles away and has nothing to gain, since I hopefully will not need his services in the future or be able to provide referrals. All that said, I could not give him a higher recommendation.
