If I could rate negative stars... I would no doubt. I urge people to read the reviews and trust them. I read the reviews of how corrupted M.S was and I still went forward with my case as her as my kids attorney in hopes that she would be fair. I even had attorneys state that she’s corrupt in a way and didn’t heed their warnings! Well my kids and I are paying the price. Not only did she hang up in my face in the phone... but she KNEW the defendants lawyer personally and his family. She even went the extra mile as to lying in court for the defendant and making me feel as if I’d made things up. She was never for my kids and was for defendant since day one! She didn’t try and I made sure to let everyone I know of her corruption. I beg you that if you’re an interracial couple or mixed family.... DO NOT ALLOW THIS WOMAN TO REMAIN YOUR KIDS ATTORNEY. She will make sure you suffer.

Ms. Sullivan was assigned Guardian ad litem for my daughter. Court was postponed 6 months, but she never met my daughter until the morning of court for about 3 minutes. She negotiated an acceptable but not favorable arrangement to be offered during the proceeding. There was no objection to the arrangement, and the judge gave approval also. Then it was conveniently left out of the order and the court denied having the order corrected to reflect what was agreed to in court on behalf of my daughter and her safety. In my opinion, Ms. Sullivan is not an advocate for the child in the cases she handles. At least she wasn’t for my daughter.

As the GAL (“attorney for the child” ) in my 2 year long custody case: Ms. Sullivan failed to do her job as a Guardian Ad Litem in every way possible. Upon my initial meeting with her I provided her a list of 5+ references as requested. She did not contact one of them while doing her Due diligence as a guardian. Typically in Mobile, AL the judges put their faith in the GAL that they appoint to a case, for a recommendation that is in the best interest of the child/children. Unfortunately she based her custody recommendation in my case on her financial benefit, rather than our child. Coupled with the fact that the lawyer representing the other party was her very good friend- Alison Herlihy. I have never heard of nor seen the amount of corruption that I experienced first hand because of these women. Her report was garbage from the first word. Even the fees she charged didn’t make sense and were full of errors. My fee was $400. His was $3000. She picked him, before we started. Ms. Sullivan’s father was a judge in Mobile in the 80’s (Jimmy Sullivan) and went to federal prison for corruption - Taking a bribe. What I can say with absolute certainty, is that the apple did not fall far from the tree.
