My grandmother was hit by someone about a month and a half ago. Long & long have yet to give updates on the case. She is out of work and currently under different doctors. She can barely use her right side and have knee problems due to this accident. No word from them what so ever. I wonder if a person have to be half dead coming out of an accident to receive help. Not too professional from our experience.
