Just entering from the receptionist area back to the area where we were consulted, everything was very warm and feeling welcome by everyone. The Paralegal was very informative and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and they were patient and understanding and explain what will be taking place through the course of the consultation time. They gave us step by step instructions opportunity was left open to discuss our feelings concerning the case and we were able to ask questions and get answers to what to expect for the closing of the case.
