I stopped by to schedule an appointment for a consultation. The receptionist was pretty rude and had an apparent don't care attitude as she told me I'd have to call for an appointment. I was just looking for some general information. She asked what the situation was, and as I told her, she again kind of glazed over, seemed disinterested and was ready for me to leave. So, why even ask? Why not schedule an appointment right there? If this person is a reflection of how you conduct business, then I'll gladly hire someone else.
