I was hit by a company car, that ran a stop sign. I had never been in this position before and needed an advocate. Long & Long was a disappointment. They passed me along to different attorneys. I had to explain my case a few different times. After almost 2 years I only took home a little more than what the insurance company initially offered me. Then long & long tried to push me to give them a 5 star rating by having me pull up google, telling me to hit 5 star and then they'd give me a $50 gift card. I declined. I did not receive 5 star service. I would not recommend Long & Long.
