Experience wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. I had to do a lot of calling a lot of following up to make sure they were still be proactive on my case. Months After signing the paperwork, they made me feel as if I was a bother to be concerned about my case. I don’t feel that they did all they could have done with my case. I wouldn’t recommend or work with them again.

Alan and Megan both work on our case and made sure we understood everything along the way! Although the process was a lengthy process we were able to get everything done and taking care of. Overall I am pleased with the outcome and service that they both provide!
