As many of you know navigating through the Dept of Veterans Affairs to try and secure Disability Benefits can be a daunting challenge. My Dad, who served at Camp Lejeune and Korea, attempted this on his own for several years unsuccessfully. We did some research to try and find a law firm who specializes in this area and after reviewing results engaged the services of Gardberg & Kemmerly, P.C. Attorneys. They assigned Ryan Seanor, a subject matter expert in this field, who quickly understood our efforts to date and developed a winning go forward strategy. Ryan has the unique ability to translate VA law jargon into easy to understand language that any client can understand. Ryan's strategy was successful and he succeeded in gaining 100% disability for my Dad. About a year after gaining these benefits, the VA reversed their decision and reduced my Dad's benefits to 20%. Ryan re-engaged with new compelling arguments that they could not dispute. These efforts resulted in my father, getting his benefits restored back to 100%. I can’t say enough positive things about Ryan, how he interacts with his clients, keeping them informed throughout the process. In short, without Ryan I am convinced my Dad would not have the benefits he enjoys today, those earned and deserved but so hard to attain without proper representation.
