🚨🚨UPDATE🚨🚨 There was NO misunderstanding, you said that I requested that you quit and that’s an ABSOLUTE LIE! Again, I told you that it was time to quit sitting on your hands and earn the payment we both agreed to. But instead of stepping up and representing my best interest's, you decide to quit. Not a misunderstanding, you were dishonest and you lack the integrity to follow through with your contractual obligations. That’s the facts. I received your letter yesterday stating you are closing my file per my request!?!? That’s the most dishonest statement EVER! You entered into a contract to represent me and my best interest and to do so in an honest manner. You Colin Kemmerly have NOT reached out to me not one single time, until yesterday. Your associates have only reached out a couple of times, all conversations have been preserved with my home security system for further review if necessary, and in this conversations your associates were extremely aggressive and dishonest on numerous occasions. When I spoke to your associates this week I told them that I have had enough of y’all sitting on your hands and not doing what should be done to properly represent me and my best interest. I said GET TO WORK and earn that 25% of the claim! I didn’t say to quit. So you stating that is completely FALSE. I will give you the opportunity to reflect on the dishonesty displayed by you Colin as well as your associates over the weekend. You have my number, I would like an HONEST apology and for you to adhere to your contractual obligations concerning my claim. If I do not hear from you then I will file complaints through the proper channels followed by civil litigation.

If you want a lawyer that is very well educated on the VA's Bureaucratic system and knows the challenging VA Claims System Process, you want Ryan Seanor to represent you for your claims. I don't give 5 stars for anything, because I can always find where improvement is needed in this case I am giving 5 stars. Ryan Seanor is very patient with his clients, very through and very confident on his judgement in filing VA claims. He makes the VA Claims process less stressful, and He himself keeps you updated. When you want to talk to him on the phone, he will return your call. He doesn't do what alot of lawyers do, and that is to just tell you what you want to hear to get you as a client or to get you off the phone. He keeps you well informed, and tells you the truth. I felt very comfortable and confident when he filed my VA claim. The things he found, the VSO couldn't and wouldn't help me with . He dug through my files, doctor's notes that I didn't know was in there. I was at 90% when I retained him as my attorney, he did a HLR claim brought me back to 90 and did a supplemental claim and brought me to 100% total and permanent in less than 5 months, I have been fighting the VA for 33 years. I have used several VSO, and help from alot of people and I can honestly say, I wish I would have retained him as my lawyer a LONG time ago. For the 20% of backpay, it was more than well worth it. I would recommend any veteran that is going to file a claim with the VA to use Ryan Seanor. Really think about this, when you add up the amount of money you are losing out on every month, when you are not rated as you should be with the VA, plus the amount of mental anguish you have with trying to fight them by yourself, it is a no win situation. I am not just saying this I really mean this from the bottom of my heart. I was ready to quit and give up, eventhough I knew I was deserving the rating that I ended up with. I wouldn't have even attempted to refile again without having Ryan Seanor as my attorney. Thank you again Ryan for all your help and patience, Christopher Artalona Sr.

Update. I won my case and got my money. It is life changing Experience. So far so good. Great customer service everyone there seems like they want to be there and are happy to help you. I may go and change my review to 5 Stars depending on how my case goes. But their customer service and the way that they are handling my case so far is good. I feel like they have earned the four stars already.

I was very pleased with the service i received from Gardberg and Kemmerly. When my disability benefits were up for review I was denied eligibility. Winslow Rouse fought hard to ensure that I would be approve upon appeal. She kept me informed every step of the way. She was always ready to answer any question I had, and ease any concern. The entire staff that I dealt with was friendly, knowledge and professional. I definitely recommend Gardberg and Kemmerly! If I ever need legal representation in the future, that is where I will turn. They definitely deserve five stars!
