Amazing attorneys. Kind and compassionate

Would not recommend Jacqueline Tomlinson to represent anything. She was assigned to my case as a GAL to represent my two young children and be a neutral party. Which she wasn't. Only would meet with the mother and refused to meet with me. She likes to throw false allegations while in court, with absolutely no proof. Just to try and make a good father look bad. She never wanted kids to speak their voice in court and once allowed she acts like she never heard what they said before. Lies!! I have never seen such unprofessional representation in my life. Stay far away from her and please don't let her represent your kids!

I had a simple child support case and my lawyer said my payment would be around $311 a month at the day of the hearing. Jacqueline told me to sign my name in the blank area for the monthly amount, which I thought was weird and behold, my child mother lawyer wrote in a different amount that was $100 more than I was told it would be by my lawyer. I couldn't do anything about it since I had already sign it and i trusted my lawyer. She said she would call me and explain after court but she never call me. My case cost me two grand. I hired this law firm 2 Weeks before my child support hearing and putting $2000 in my retainer. It cost me every penny of it which I thought wasn't fair. Two phone calls, a few emails and a hearing cost $2000. Do not hire them it's a money pit. Go elsewhere not professional at all besides Amy

These women are amazing. They listen to all of my concerns and questions. Most of all they fought for me and my family. They assured me on any questions I have had. The best of the best! Dana and Jacqueline are two of the most respectable women I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I had filed for divorce in September 2021, it was uncontested so I thought “ I don’t need a lawyer…” well 8 months later and it’s still “pending”so I got me a lawyer! I called Dana and a week later I was divorced!!! So thankful for the kindness and promptness!

Attorney Tomlinson is the best lawyer for men. Period. My case was a curious one. The case lasted 5 years. It should have been over in 1.5 years at the most. The judge was found to be unfit for her job and was remove from the bench, part of the reason was letting my case drag on for so long. Attorney Tomlinson gave very high & excellent lawyering for the entire duration of my case and billed me exactly how she said she would bill me which was at a price that I could afford. I got exactly what I wanted out of my situation, and now I am as happy as I can be with the division of assets and terms of alimony payments. I was not left broke, and I got to keep all of my pension. I extremely recommend Attorney Jacquelyn D. Tomlinson to any man that finds himself with the unfortunate reality that he needs to move on from an irreconcilable legally binding relationship.
