I do not recommend this firm at all. They take your retainer and never return calls but bill you every time you email or call. They use the two attorneys to make your retainer go quickly. It is a money pit here with no help!!!

I was very pleased with the professional services rendered by Delk and Tomlinson. They treated me with respect and helped me understand the process which is hard to do when your emotions are frayed. They provide very good counsel that is grounded in ethics and fairness to all parties involved. While the process is never enjoyable you will walk away knowing that your outcome was as good as you would ever expect. If you are looking for an attorney to rip apart the other person and leave them with nothing, then you should look somewhere else. Keep in mind that the process is expensive and you will be charged for every email and phone call but that is how all attorneys bill. It is a business, but in spite of that you will be a priority to them and their costs are very reasonable. Expect the process to be very slow but again that is the process and not a direct reflection on the firm. In summary, they are very professional, empathetic without being your therapist, fair and ethical and provide very good representation at a reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with this firm.

Hands down the best, period....I have been to court since my divorce several times and after using them will consider no one else in the future. Get an appointment and go see them today!

If you want to throw money away then she’s the right attorney for you! I’ve been around a lot of attorneys and I can say honestly say she doesn’t have the work ethics needed to help others.

Got divorce Nov. 16,2016. For some reason she put in decreed that I had to do all paper work. And I did. Got my part from Military. But have never got any thing from Postal service. Have done it 4 times.

They handled my divorce quickly and thoroughly. It was relatively painless, which is more due to the parties involved, but they helped me ensure I retained some important rights concerning my daughter's childhood. I recommend them.

Jacquelyn is very informative and excellent in her field. Always very professional yet compassionate and understanding when need be. I knew she had my back and was always there when I needed her. Divorce can be devastating, especially the unknown part of it. She was always assuring and honest which helped build my confidence in knowing no matter what. I was going to be okay! She did everything she said she would and never failed me! I am eternally grateful.

Dana is/was my attorney handling my child custody case. She was great! I have no complaints! She handled everything timely and professionally! Everything was filed quickly! She was always available to answer questions and she was forth coming and honest! She even worked hard to try to keep me from spending more money than I should (which obviously would have benefited her if I spent more money). I would highly recommend this attorney for family court situations!
