I was at a lost with my husband dying in January. He didn't have debt but I did. He was paying all the house basic bills to allow me to pay off my debts. His life insurance went to much needed home repair and his funeral. Bond & Notes understood that now all the household bills and my own personal debt fell on me. The were very kind and walked me through the process of consolidating my debt. All my personal debts will be paid monthly at a lower amount without interest. That ensured me having breathing room to meet basic monthly hous, car, and grocery bills. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders during a very difficult time of grief. I am very thankful to them.

While timely with emails, they can be very pushy and also very unprofessional. No email signatures and use of shorthand leads me to believe this is not a serious company that would handle my case accurately.

When I first started the process I was scared! They walked me through the entire process! Everyone there kept in contact with me let me no what was been done and what the next steps were from that point! Shot out to Tiffany, Ashley, Gail, and Jonathan you guys rock!
