We went through chapter 13 w Gail Donaldson and she taught me a whole lot. At first, I was nervous about the payments but she really is tender when she let's you know if your living beyond your means... Which is why most people end up needing her help anyway...and u know every charge u will get before signing papers;she and the staff was great at explaining... And FYI watch the long boring video and for real take notes... Makes u think twice where your money is going! Like one of my issues 100 plus for junk at gas stations wasted food and candy sorts.. makes u really think! She opened my eyes to how much cigs where costing me and I've been smoke free for 4 years now... Life lessons and thankful to have a great team that can answer any questions... Even their receptionist is educated to answer most questions .. you won't find a better team to help u through this rough patch in life!!! #debtfreewaytobe

Bond, Botes, Shinn & Donaldson office have been a blessing to me and my family. There very nice and efficient especially Ms. Donaldson she always responds to all emails and she does exactly what she says she will do and I would recommend this office to anyone needing there assistance because they have a great staff!

Great office and staff. I never felt like "just a name". Always made me feel confident in my decision to retain their legal services. Answered every question I had and explained the legal jargon in real people language.

After being referred by a friend, I had no idea what I was walking into. I found myself in a situation that I thought had no remedy. Not only was she helpful, but she first educated me on the process so I could understand the decisions I made. She is extremely thorough and has even followed up several times with me to help with documentation needed for refinancing and knowledge of helping to rebuild my credit. I have referred a few folks and none have been disaapointed. The first think I wanted were the facts and sometimes it may not be what you want to hear, but it is needed to be successful. I am several years out from my filing, but without Gail's assistance and support, I wouldn't be successful with my finances. I would put her against anyone in the business and say she has to be the best in the business!

Ms. Donaldson was highly recommended to us by another attorney. She was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and did everything to protect our interests first and foremost. She stayed accessible and responsive throughout the years, and has always been there when we needed her. No problem was too big or too small, and she never left us dangling. Even near the end of our bankruptcy, she took the time to assist us in dealing with an unresponsive trustee to allow us to purchase a vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Ms. Donaldson to my family and friends, and I know no higher compliment.
