Ms Gail Donaldson was not nice to me every time I would call her she either avoided trying to talk to me or when she did she acted like I was bothering her along with the rest of the staff they also took advantage of me they took over 4000 then dismissed my case because I couldn't make another payment tried talking to them wasn't helpful at all to me very disappointed in the staff and Ms Gail I'm just very upset that she wouldn't allow me a second chance to make it right ppl go through stuff and she just refused to help me anymore... I hope anyone else that uses this attorney gets better treatment than she treated me

I originally came for a consultation with Ms.Gail due to being so far behind in payments that a major credit card company was wanting to sue. Bankruptcy had never crossed my mind, simply because the stigma attached to it makes it out to be the worst thing you can choose to do in your life. After speaking with Ms.Gail a couple of times, I did plenty of research about how “bad” bankruptcy really is.
