I have not had any good luck with this firm. I have been patient and have been waiting to settle my car accident claim. I call once a week with no assistance on my claim. This is a black business and im all about supporting my own. I'm very disappointed in the service i have received. My accident still has not been resolved. I would never refer any of MY people here. Its sad.

The white lady that answers the phone and Felecia are very rude they all lack customer service, the white lady cut me off while I was talking and Felecia raised her voice at me like I’m asking them for they money out they pocket very very rude and unprofessional, they also lied and told me I couldn’t speak to the adjuster of the case with State Farm which is a lie, they being lying for months now, don’t use this company if you want your money...
