I retained the Harris Firm, LLC this year in January. They were very considerate on my behalf, as I am a part of a same sex marriage. They did not show ANY PREJUDICE WHATSOEVER and treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel as if my case were the only one that was being worked. I worked with Jan Fagan in person at the Montgomery location and was in contact with Ginna Beach at the Birmingham location. Both parties worked very hard and at a fast pace to get my divorce to the Probate Court as soon as possible...they even changed my appointments to earlier dates just to appease me; not to mention that they had it electronically filed within a few hours after singing the final papers and having it notarized. Again, they showed no prejudice in my case, so much as to where they changed the template of husband and wife to husband and husband so that there was no confusion. I am very pleased with their work and ethics; now I’m just waiting on my case to be finalized with the state of Alabama. I HIGHLY consider this firm if you are a resident of Alabama and they have offices all over the state in multiple areas of said state. Thank you Miss Jan and Miss Ginna for all of your hard work and generosity. It does not go unnoticed!!!
