They were VERY kind and courteous. When I first spoke with them and explained my situation and what had happened to me they were VERY sympathetic about my situation. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help. They are professional and experienced at what they do. The lady that took my information was very thorough and was very patient with me. These people are for the rights of others and if you are in need of legal help they are the place you're going to need!!!!
