Don't waste your time dialing 3 for me. You have to basically call and get things handled yourself on your case. The company they send you to for treatment work together so if your not careful you walk away with owing Vance and the company more than your settlement that you are offered. The Lawyer is rude and unprofessional hangs up in your face never apologies for the not intent phone hanging up. So therefore it is meant with intent. No updates at all through out the case unless you call them. Then it's still waiting on something. All the advertisement I see when I wake up and look at the news. All the billboards. If I could be the voice to someone please don't waste your time here EVER.
