I called there to inquire about filing a law suite, and Darla was the most helpful person ever. If there were more people like her in the world. We would be in a better place. Thanks to her I was able to get all the information I need.

I gave Vance a two star only because they were friendly when it came to answering questions. As far as their services I wouldn’t recommend you to retain them unless you’re seriously injured! You gotta be darn near on one leg probably to get some results from them. Later on I found out from a friend/family member that she used them some years ago for an accident injury and they sucked. Look into other firms before sealing the deal with this firm.

Felicia the intake specialist was extremely helpful and friendly. She is extremely organized and on point. She sent me the accident report before she even spoke with me. She took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions very politely. I felt no pressure to sign the agreement. Full marks for her and her professionalism!! I would definitely recommend them over the competitors.
