Do not under any circumstances hire this attorney firm... they're not for the people.. your doing all the work. .I was out of work due to a stroke...I filed for my SSI disability and fired these people months before and they refused to waive the attorney fee. We never went to court never met with a attorney never went in office and they're taking 25% of a small amount...and did absolutely nothing for me.. My oldest daughter did it all.. please don't hired this firm ... I'm homeless behind in bills and their taking my money...owes medical bills....

I had a visit with this company and I must say i was impressed by the atmosphere. Very calm and relaxing as well as professional in appearance. But after speaking with an attorney in regards to my needs i must report that I am most likely going to say NO. I dont want to do BUSSINESS here. The guy I spoke with informed me that if i file chapter 7 bankruptcy that I would have to pay 1500 upfront. And that covers them to sell my portion of my real estate property that I as well as my other relatives own to pay off a few hospital bills, my car note, and a pending lawsuit in the amount of 5 grand. The guy i spoke with also informed me that me filing bankruptcy won't affect my credit Much. That it Wil only prevent me from buying a house. I personally don't like how that sounds because even when you want to rent something as small as a one bedroom apartment you have to have CREDIT and no previous evictions to qualify for example. Furthermore why would i hire a lawyer to sell my protion of the property that i own? I mean couldnt i just sell it myself? I mean i do see signs in yards all the time that says: FOR SALE BY OWNER. Next the guy that i spoke with strongly insisted that i file chapter 13 bankruptcy. Told me all about how it is a loan and i would pay off everything i owe. And i only pay like 300 a month to one bill that will cover everything. No more car note. No more hospital bills. Just pay this one bill that will cover it all. But once again I didn't like how it sounds....the words: it won't damage my credit too much. I mean what does not too much mean? Nor did the guy go into detail as to tell me for how long I would be paying this chapter 13 BILL nor did he meantion what his fee was. Because im pretty sure they don't work for free at brock and stout. Last but not least i found it to be ironic that i never contacted these lawyers from the start. They contacted me by mail stated that they knew about the pending lawsuit that i was about to be dealing with and wanted to offer me their service for help. Hmm. No hard feelings or anything but i think ill pass thanks.it just appears that the guy i talked to was withholding certain information and wasnt being torally honest.
