I was very nervous and unsure that I was doing the right thing but everyone was super knowledgeable and caring. They explained everything in very simple terms and answered all of my many many questions. They made this process easy for me and made sure I understood all of my options.

Such a wonderful experience, they took the time to fully explain the entire process to me and allowed me the time to make my mind up if I wanted to follow through, never pressured me. Was there to answer any and all questions I had even after my process started. Were always friendly and the level of professionalism shown was top level.

Very please with the firm, I was little hesitant at first due to fact I never experience with filing for bankruptcy. Staff was informative with me and friendly. I understood guidelines and filing was not that much difficulty. Even at the last minute of getting my paperwork, they was patience with me. Definitely recommend them to others.

Called and spoke with "Amy" while trying to explain that I was stationed (I'm in the Army) in El Paso but would be a permanent resident of Alabama and wanted to work with an attorney who had some experience helping active and former militay I was interrupted and told thier law firm doesn't assist cases for non residents. If I'd had the chance to finish I could have explained that I had a local address and was just visiting my family in Indiana since I was retiring in December.
