-If YOURE seeking counsel from Tompkins/be sure you know what’s all in the contract and what you will be charge for. There is no flat rate so don’t be alarm if her paralegal or herself tell you one fee for service and you end up with a bill with charges you were not aware of or a contract you haven’t signed...I WOULDNOT recommend her services

Attorney Tompkins and her staff are caring and attentive

Unless you have a lot of extra time and money on your hands that you would enjoy wasting, get a different attorney. As far as time goes, expect to wait at least an hour in her lobby while she tends to personal matters and expect her to continue handling personal matters during meeting on YOUR dime. Do not sit around waiting on a call back or email response from her. If you do get a response it will be from her hired help. Expect everything that could go wrong, to actually go wrong. Oh, and when she gives you a bill be prepared to laugh although you will want to scream. However, after receiving her crazy bill, you will finally be worth the effort of her reaching out to you to remind you of said bill.
