I had a great experience with Clark Law Firm. I found them by searching for real estate attorneys in my area on Google Maps and reading the reviews. I needed legal advice regarding a property issue. Before contacting Mr. Clark, I had tried calling several attorney offices, but none returned my calls except one, and that was only after Mr. Clark had already assisted me. Later, I discovered that the issue I had was not the easiest or most popular among real estate attorneys. I used the online request submission form at around 10 PM to submit my question and received a response the following morning. Mr. Clark thoroughly explained the issue and provided a detailed letter that quickly resolved my problem. I am truly thankful for his help!

We retained John Clark to represent my family in the purchase of a small business that was co-located with two residences, for which we had an earnest contract. John efficiently gave us sage advice and consultation around how to structure the deal and he wrote an air-tight asset purchase agreement that shielded us from all unwanted liabilities of the seller. Unfortunately, the deal fell apart due to the dishonest behavior of the seller, but we have no regrets about retaining John.
