Working with Mr. Clark was a pleasure. I was unsure what to expect going into the bankruptcy process, but he explained every step of the way so that I could fully understand it. I would recommend him and his staff for anyone that needs help filing bankruptcy.

We had a pleasure to work with John Clark for lease negotiations with landlords. John was able to help us to solve and negotiate commercial leases with multiple landlords. During COVID times we were passing through crisis modes and John worked as a savior for us and defended us very well. I will highly recommend him to my friends and families if they need any help with legal advice.

I thought the explanations of tax deeds, judicial redemption, administrative redemption and all things real estate was done in a vocabulary I could understand and follow. It was direct, informative and gave me confidence in this law firms ability to convey information over to me about a case in manageable doses where I completely get it. Definitely gonna see if the actual face to face is the same. I'll keep you posted with an honest review.

We were working on clearing title for a tax property that had some loose ends. John was able to efficiently take the information I provided, find the missing pieces, and rectify the issue. He didn't ignore any of my questions or ever act like I was bothering him. He was prompt with answering emails. Overall, I couldn't have been happier. We will definitely use him for future investments.

Mr. Clark's services was the best. He handled all the information with great professionalism. All disclosure information to all parties was handled with expertise. He was so knowledgeable of all the laws that were particular to our situation. He was able to negotiate and close our case within a 3-week timeframe! We were surprised because we thought it would take months to resolve. We selected Mr. Clark because of an excellent article he had published in a legal magazine.
