John Holliman and staff were very helpful to us in deciding how to protect our assets currently and in the event we become unable to make decisions for ourselves. They helped us decide how we could best transfer any assets that are left after we die. They helped us maximize our property value by minimizing taxes and eliminating court costs for us and our family members at a later date. We decided upon a Family Trust to fill these needs and John and his staff are always available and willing to answer any questions we have regarding our Trust and they are abreast of new regulations that could impact our Trust. Their procedures include an annual review which brings us comfort in knowing that the Trust is being reviewed and changed to insure that it being kept up-to-date. We highly recommend John Holliman to guide others in their Estate Planning needs.

John and his staff did a great job of explaining what we could do as a family to prepare for certain events. Not only for each of our parents but also to stay ahead as parents ourselves, in case an event happened to endanger the future of either of us. To help him with a snapshot of our lives from a financial and/or legal standpoint, John and his staff gave us several documents we were able to complete on our own time, minimizing time in his office and away from our schedules. His team is comprised of several family members, so it's no surprise they have such a unique family atmosphere when helping their client base. I would strongly recommend John and his firm!
