I cannot express enough the gratitude and appreciation I have for both Jo Anna and Lynn. After a long, grueling divorce process I can honestly say that Jo Anna and Lynn were there for me every step of the way. They are very direct and give you the facts so leave your feelings at the door because you might have to hear some things you don't want to hear. However, they are very empathetic and supportive. Example: During mediation it started out very rough. Jo Anna kept it real with me and told me the pros and cons with going to court. One of the many things I love about her though, is once I said that I didn't care about all of that let's go to war, she busted out her notebook and said lets got to war then! She started prepping for court right in the middle of mediation but thankfully my case was able to settle without having to step inside a courtroom. My ultimate goal was to get split time with my kids due to my ex keeping them away from me amongst other things and as expected that's exactly what I got. I can't speak for anyone else, but I promise you Jo Anna and Lynn are the two people you want in your corner. Definitely using them again when the time comes again. Thank you!

They sat on my paperwork for 30 days before filing it to the court. Didn’t even send me an email to inform me that they still didn’t file it due to them not having internet access. $100 consultation, $1,500 for an uncontested divorce and court filing fee. Only to have to still just begin the 30 day wait period after already waiting 30 days from the moment we both signed and notarized the paperwork.

I will forever be grateful to Mrs. Parker. She helped me on a custody battle and thanks to her I now have more time with my daughter and more!! She was always upfront and always gave me her most honest advice. We didn't have to go to court because we settle during mediation thanks to her and her advice. Even when i thought some things were my only option she always fought for me and told me "No Juan that's not your only option, we're not going to agree with that and if we have to go to court then we will go to court" That gave me so much confidence and we ended up getting more than what we asked for. One thing I will say about Jo Anna, she has a way of making you feel like she's gonna take care of it. Both times I've used her she made me feel better about everything. Waiting to see how this one goes....

I initially hired Jo Anna in 2017 to represent me for my divorce. My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence and tried to take everything she could from me. The first settlement offer Jo Anna received from her attorney was asking for 400$ more than I make monthly. Jo Anna's knowledge and tenacity helped to reach a settlement in mediation and avoid a courtroom and who knows how much time. Fast forward eight months, my ex was not treating my children very well and trying to alienate me from them. I decided to go with a different attorney to pursue custody because of the smaller retainer. Biggest mistake I could have made! Things did not go well to say the least. I finally found my way back into Jo Anna's office and re-hired her in another pursuit for custody. Things had gotten progressively worse at this point. Jo Anna made it very clear that it was going to be an uphill battle. It ended up, in my opinion, being an Everest sized battle. To say that Jo Anna expertly navigated the entire process would be a monumental understatement. I firmly believe that if not for Jo Anna, I would not have custody of my boys today. Her assistant Lynn could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process as well. If you find yourself in need of an attorney for divorce or custody, Jo Anna is the only name I would ever recommend. I could not be happier and more appreciative of what her and her staff has done for my family and I.

When I first met Mrs. Parker, at the end of our consultation her words were, "You'll be fine". From the time I filed to the final order her words continued to echo in my head and calmed my nerves during the unnecessary delays and a stressful trial, caused by the other party. Lynn Allen, her assistant, is the best. Lynn is quick to respond to every question and supported the preparation process. In trial, Mrs. Parker was professional and prepared. She presented herself with authority and confidence. When the final order came, circumstances held true to her words, I'm fine. For me, she was the best choice and I highly recommend her for your domestic legal needs.
