after being charged with a crime i didn’t commit I contacted Mr. Jones for representation. The charge against me was serious and I was facing prison time. Mr. jones Was with me through the entire process, which was all new to me. When it was finally time for my trial day Mr. Jones defended me intelligently and eloquently. Allen has worked tiredlessly over the last 2 years of my on going custody & child support case. He’s been 100% honest & upfront with me on the things I ask vs the things that will happen. My case is not an easy with considering my former spouse is a very difficult individual & has been dragging me back & forth into court for the last 5 years once a year. I would like to take a moment to share our experience with Attorney Allen Jones. My case was very difficult because I am a single father, who was in a custody fight to protect my son. My son had been sexually, mentally, and physically abused at his biological mother’s home. My seven-year-old son was hospitalized for suicidal ideation after the Judge had reinstated visitation. I am a soldier in the United States army. Allen Jones work with me when I was accused of a crime that I did not commit. Not only did he get the first set of charges dropped he got the second ones dismissed as well. After dealing with this nonsense for almost 2 years thanks to Allen I can finally breathe again. My previous lawyer almost had me take a plea and end up facing probation and maybe even jail time and even FEES!!!! Over the past year, my family has undergone tremendous change (family deaths, real estate transactions, insurance claims, probate challenges, will designations, etc.). I cannot begin to imagine navigating these waters without Allen's steadfast help and support. Whether my family has reached out to him about an insurance communication we didn't understand, or whether it's been a tight-deadlined probate matter, Allen has, without exception, gone above and beyond to make sure we got the answers and resolution we needed. For example, we recently sold a piece of property that belonged to my father (who recently passed away). A few days before the sale was slated to close, we learned that the will had to be probated. Even though it was in the middle of the holiday season, Allen reached out to the judge and made sure the probate was done in time for our closing. If he hadn't done that, we would have had to begin the entire process all over, which would have likely resulted in the seller backing out. This is one of many, many examples of how committed Allen is to his clients. We take a great deal of comfort knowing that whenever we reach out to him, he will help us get answers we need; it isn't even a question.
