She has an issue staying in contact. She took days and sometimes weeks to respond. My case was completed months ago and I just found out about it because of lack of communication. I would never use this lawyer for any kind of case. Would not trust her to win rock, paper, scissors against a 2 Y/O child. If you value your money and time go to someone who is there for you because this one is only here for the money

Lindsey was our divorce and custody lawyer and she was absolutely amazing. I honestly had no clue what I needed to do going into this since I’ve never been divorced before but she helped me with everything, from explaining all the steps to me of how things happen and in what order to helping me come up with a great arrangement that works well for me and the other party involved. She definitely kept my best interest in mind the entire time and made sure I got exactly what I needed in a timely fashion and she was more than reasonably price. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a lawyer that works for them and only them.

I hired her for a custody battle . She barely said a word . Didn’t ask questions she just agreed to everything the judge said . She never answer a phone call or email . I ask for proof of what she did she says oh I will send it to you but never did . I started asking questions and then she dropped me as a client . Lost my case not a shocker I knew I was going to loose we never prepared for the case .

I have been trying to get a simple separation and child support but it has taken just about a year with no results yet. She wanted her money up front and has not served me well at all. I have to constantly call and she doesn’t respond until she gets ready to. She has lied to me and I just don’t feel that she is representing me the way a lawyer should at all!!!

Never again will i use her . I will fight tooth and nail to advise people not to use her !!! I gave her everything and done ALL the foot work for her to bury the case i had on my x. She not once fought for my case or my kids . She did not even start on the case until days befor the trile . She did not know her ass from a hole in the ground . After i retained a knowledgeable lawyer after using her, i was told by many lawyers she does not have the knowledge or experience even if she did she does NOT win many cases . 90% losses do NoT USE her if you care about your caes !!!

I hired this lawyer, and let me tell you I was young and was taken advantage of because she failed to explain custodial parents laws and options . She wasnt thorough and failed to fight for me. She basically burnt me because my lack of custodial parents laws . She said I couldn't claim my daughter every other year and basically was on the other lawyers team. I would let a court appointed lawyer if that was possible if that tells you anything. Still to this day I'm burnt when I owned my house and had daycare for my daughter. She switched sides basically for the woman. Telling me the judge wouldn't go for my opinions and it would cost me more money and we wouldn't get split custody . This was in 2010. She's a lie and doesn't make good decisions and will have you in a bind if you are young and don't know laws. If you want results, use another lawyer don't get burnt because your lack of knowledge!!!!!
