There aren't words for how well the whole staff has and still treats us. We are going though the most important time in our lives and they have truly been there for us. I can't ever imagine anyone fighting harder and treating us like we matter and our case matters to them .

Do not call Shannara they are all crooks including chip Cleveland and who ever his minion side kicks are.. and to sweeten the deal I'm gonna tell you how the scam works pay attention - it goes like this: when you sign for attorney to represent you in a car accident you are signing your rights away and basically they can get a settlement for say $50,000 tell you it was $25,000 present a fake check to sign and tell you they have to deposit the check into business account before issue any funds out. Well now I have piece of mind even tho I was led to believe I could get more I'm gonna settle and accept $25k is it.. I mean better then nothing but wait your legal fees, hospital bills and any other fees you racked up along the way gets deducted from the 25k and your final check looks more like 5k and even though it was you who had to suffer seems all the rest get their pockets full." Ok here comes the slip up well Mr Cleveland calls me up same day wife signed for check with his little assistant obviously communication was a issue in their scheme because chip informs me he has 3 checks in front of him averaging $35k..???! I said what how's that possible my wife just signed check for $17,500.. chip, "cough hmm ermm I'm sorry seems I called the wrong client we shall b in touch with you soon.." ok now my suspicion is up so how can I find out if he's lying.. I GOT IT! I'll call the insurance company we sued and find out what they settle on then I'll know the truth... "Hello so-so insurance.. hi I wanted to know what the final settlement was that we agreed on... Oh I'm sorry we can't tell you that, !?!!?!! Yes when you signed for Cleveland as your attorney you gave them and only them the right to contact us and we can't give you any info... Sorry". So there you have it the old bait n switch to top it off this bullet proof scheme is b in done over and over again to understand be knowing victims who trusted a billboard.

They didnt even take the time to actually look at the case . I would not go to this law firm for any reason !!!
