I watched him go back on a deal with a young man who wanted to join the military.Last month,he made the deal with a young man and agreed to allow him to have his case completely dismissed and all fines waived if he brought proof he was enlisting,but then turn around and tell him he has to pay fines still.From what I heard,the young man is homeless,with no transportation and no job
