If I could give ten stars, I would! I contacted her as a desperate Mom looking for a good attorney for my son. I didn’t need him to be slapped on the wrist, but I didn’t want him to sit in jail. She treated him as if he was her own son. She didn’t wait around for months to make things happen. She immediately worked out a program best for him making him accountable for his actions, but also helping him succeed at life. Call her firm and book an appointment today.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Does not think the scheduler (who is not on site) makes any mistakes. Was told to be there at one time but the secretary could careless because undoubtedly her and the scheduler are friends. Otherwise anyone with intelligence would try and reschedule you based on there being just a tiny bit of customer credit. I’m supposed to know that they don’t do anything but on the hour appointments. I didn’t realize I had became an employee. Everything is based on one word, did she say thirty or not. It’s obvious when you don’t care about your customers to even spend a second verifying that your business must be making so much money that screw anyone. Because a customer has never been right in this office. I was even sitting in their parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for my appt and never even received a phone call. Any of us that can remember customer service can remember what customer service looks like. Even the tire dealer gives you a courtesy call. That said, good news, I think the secretary may enroll me in classes to understand how their scheduling works in case I need them in future. Find you someone who may care a little about you because based on this secretary you better know and understand their rules for appts when you schedule because if the scheduler (again, not on site) makes a mistake then too bad!!!

Mitzi is hands down the best lawyer around. She will work hard for you; as she has for my entire family. No dancing around the situation, straight up honest sincere advice on how she can help. Mrs Theodoro and her office personnel are very professional and very informative. I always know every detail of what is going on with my case. Mrs Theodoro has handled my case with care and concern. She is extremely knowledgeable and very detailed with her cases. I have never felt like I was being brushed aside or hurried to make any decisions. I rest easily knowing she is handling my case.

Definitely knows her stuff. She has helped me beat numerous DWI and also got my daughter back from DHR. She is always working 100 percent forr her client. Yes she will cost more money than some lawyers, but how much is your freedom are child worth? Priceless
