Yes we use Mr. Parsons in a case that we had and he is absolutely wonderful very professional very nice cared about what was best for us told us what steps to take what to do what not to do walked right through our lawsuit and won our case if you did a liar this is your man wonderful wonderful man

I have consulted with many real estate attorneys on establishing the legitimacy of our unplatted subdivision. With the sole exception of Attorney Pearson, all other attorneys dismissively - and incorrectly - asserted, "no plat, no subdivision". In contrast, Attorney Pearson aptly answered that "covenants can burden un-platted properties", thereby identifying a subdivision. He also added that a "full review of the recorded deeds and covenants must be examined" to determine this universal burden. Furthermore, this pithy answer which he freely provided in an Avvo posting, encouraged me to persist in searching for case law which would substantiate his answer - which I did, indeed find. So while, at this time, I can not afford an attorney, I'm saving my shekels for Attorney Pearson should my civil mish-mash prove too much for me. He's responsive, polite, and a genuine legal scholar.

Mr. Parsons is a man of good character. He is honest and forthright. Sometimes lawyers get a bad rap for being underhanded. That doesn't describe Cam at all though. He helped our family through a difficult time and I would recommend him to anyone.
