Mr. Brasfield apparently has been scrubbing his reviews and writing his own. He is totally enethical. He has been investigated by the bar He lost my evidence I suspect he accepted money to lose the case. jOHN bRASFIELD LOST MY CASE FOR ME. I can't believe thlis man is still practicing law. He has beeen investigated by the Bar Association. John Brasfield is a incompetent lawyer and should not be alowed to victimize his clients

The operater lady was great soon as she transformed me to an "attorney" he wouldn't even let me finish my sentences on my situation interrupted me when I was trying to tell my story seems like he just didn't care and was rude I deff won't use this place for any advice again!!!!

Joel Sogol represented me a few years back and I am still thankful for him to this day. He was welcoming, respectful, and straightforward. He treated me like family and I really appreciate that.

Overall, not a very good experience at all. This attorney will talk up a good game at the initial consultation, then will subsequently reveal that is not even on your side, which is the very least one ought to expect from a defense attorney. Don't expect him to actually remember anything about your case, because he never takes notes and seems to have terrible comprehension skills. I would describe him as incompetent, but it actually seemed worse than incompetence: he didn't believe me and he was deferring to the prosecutor's (his opponent) side. Though there clearly was some incompetence at play. Mr. Sogol told me that if I got into a pre-trial diversion program that my record would be expunged after completing it. However, I looked it up and the alleged offense for which I was arrested CANNOT be expunged under Alabama law, though I plan to litigate that issue when the time is right. If you want an attorney who will make a serious effort to learn about the intricacies of your case, I highly advise you to look elsewhere.
