One of the staff members told myself and another person that we need to “go kill ourselves” and it goes on to much worse then that. I will be in contact with the firm about their employees hate and slander. It was completely and utterly disrespectful and uncalled for.

Ms. Bettis and her staff are awesome and I would venture as far as saying the best in Tuscaloosa. The best thing about having her represent you is she educates you on how filing for bankruptcy isn't the end but actually a new beginning! And I think that is very important in a place like Tuscaloosa where people aren't keen on what is out there to actually benefit them long term when they fall into a financial hole. I was one of her first clients and she has represented me twice and it seems she just gets better and better! I would recommend her to anyone in Tuscaloosa that needs to file or just has questions about if they should.

I have worked for Kathern for the past 3-4 years now and I can honestly say that she is one of the best ones out there! There’s not to many people left around that truly CARE and take the time to listen to you and she will always try her best to make things right for you! She cares so much for others , and she always try’s to make you happy , no matter what the problem may be she wants to make u feel better . She is just an all around great person and I’m not just saying this , she has helped me and my family out more times than I can count!
