They were able to assist my mother in regards to a garnishment (she is on SSi, so she qualified.
The receptionist was decently nice, but seemed hurried and not helpful unless asked directly.
The "on-call" lawyer viewed her case (after us filling out a lot of paperwork), but he didn't actually meet with my mother. He instead gave the receptionist a file and she then told mom that they are taking the case and a lawyer would be assigned to her.
I chose to give them an okay review. Which, in my opinion, is satisfactory
