I hired Mr. Neff to represent my son, a student at the University of Alabama, who was arrested as part of a sting operation at the University. My son was charged with several offenses, the most serious of which was distribution of a controlled substance, which is a felony. While my son was initially evicted from the dorms, Mr. Neff helped my son navigate the University discipline process. He accompanied my son to his meeting with Todd Borst, the person at the University responsible for discipline and helped my son get enrolled in the University program that would enable him to stay in school. More importantly, after reviewing my son's case, Mr. Neff was successful in gaining Youthful Offender status for my son and getting him enrolled in the Second Chance program. He did this as quickly as possible, getting my son through the preliminary hearing and the arraignment, allowing my son to start the Second Chance program as soon as possible. Throughout the process, Mr. Neff kept us informed of our options and what each step would encompass. Additionally, it was pretty clear to both my son and I that Mr. Neff knew, and had good relationships with everybody we would encounter along the way (i.e. University administrators, the DA, the Judge, etc.). In short, I would highly recommend Jason Neff to any parent/student who find themselves in a similar situation.

Jason Neff did a great job in my case. He met with me and was able to keep me informed every step of the way. He also fought for me and got better results than I expected. He was quick and got the matter resolved quickly and wasted no time in helping to get the case dismissed. For me the most important part was getting the case dismissed and off my record and Mr. Neff was able to get the minimal punishment and get the case dismissed. I would highly recommend him he charges a fair rate and provides a premium rate. Neff is very knowledgeable and everyone in the court system was friendly to him and he seemed to know the judge and DA very well so they were willing to work with him.
